Apertures and cupcakes

Well it all seems to be about babies around here at the moment. 2 of my NCT friends have given birth to little girls - just one more to go, due at the end of June, and our circle will be complete. How lovely would it be if they all turned out to be girls!
I made a couple of these stork cards, playing around with my nestabilities as apertures and frames. Still loving these! Well I need to get my money's worth lol. I just added a bit of clip art to go in the middle. I'm trying to do lots of simple card at the moment, the idea being that simple equals quicker, but sadly that's not always the case...

Next (the card in front) is a little thank you card I made for my cousin and his wife. They kindly sent me a big bag of baby clothes that their daughter had grown out of, which will save me a fortune.

Again, this is a nestability aperture with a frame and a cuttlebug embossed background. The image is stamped, watercoloured and then I went over parts of it with a Sakura glitter pen.

Please be sweet and share the love. Leave a comment, like my Facebook page for regular updates or follow me on Pinterest.
